A.Simplified mold design, unlike the three plate mold has 2 to 3 parting surface, the material head is not easy to take and install automatic operation difficulties, the middle plate makes the guiding system wear quickly, the drive drive trouble, open and close mold time than the single parting surface long, the material head proportion (such as bottle cap mold).

B.Limited melt temperature drop, long enough flow into the cavity, good for the crystallized material with narrow temperature range, F7 die injection, no need to raise the injection temperature to compensate.
